Wendy Tan is an incredible Visual Development and Storyboard Artist from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Wendy was so studious as a child that she didn't start drawing until she reached high school, but her passion for art quickly grew from there. After graduating, she had a tough time deciding between pursuing a career in science or art, but ultimately her love of storytelling, comics and storyboarding led her to pursue art! In this interview, Wendy talks about what helped her make that difficult decision, as well as her thoughts on overworking herself, the rising animation industry in Malaysia, and what it's like being an artist in Malaysia!
